Lubbock Primary Care is excited to introduce our newest addition to our provider team, Caitlin Blair, FNP-C. With 6.5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Caitlin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our clinic, and we're so excited to have her with us!
Caitlin is originally from Abilene, Texas, and moved to Lubbock to attend Texas Tech University. She graduated from Texas Tech in 2012 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and went on to work in the ICU. Shortly after, she decided she wanted a career that would allow her to help more people, so she went back to school and attended Angelo State University. She graduated from ASU in 2016 with her Master of Science in Nursing to become a family nurse practitioner. This position has allowed her to help her patients on a deeper level by offering more patient education, managing diseases and promoting patient health and prevention.
Caitlin has a passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care to her patients and is dedicated to developing personalized treatment plains that are tailored to each patient's unique needs and preferences.
As a family nurse practitioner, Caitlin can provide a wide range of primary care services to patients of all ages, including:
- Routine check-ups and physical exams
- Health screenings and assessments
- Diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses
- Management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension and asthma
- Women's health services, including gynecological exams and pap smears
- Immunizations and vaccinations
- Patient education and counseling
- Weight loss management
